GOAL:

To provide instruction to adults who wish to increase their level of English proficiency.

PARTICIPANTS:

Participants may be:

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older
• Participants must reside in Luzerne County

SERVICES:

• Assessment of English language proficiency
• Instruction to improve English level
• Utilize appropriate software to increase language proficiency
• Individualized and group instruction

ACOMPLISHMENTS:

• Increase in English language proficiency
• English Language Learners interact with the community
