  • Check for loose cords, cards, and connectors
  • Clean keyboard
  • Clean mouse and ball
  • Clean monitor

  • Clean rollers
  • Clean encoder strips
  • Clean service station assembly
  • Clean case
  • Do final alignment

Cost: $25.00 per printer

Laser Printers:

  • Clean rollers
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean static strips
  • Clean power supply
  • Check for loose cords, cards, and connectors
  • Clean case
  • Alignments that are required

Cost: $25.00 per printer

 

 

 

Software Installation and Hard Drive Maintenance:

  • Defragmentation
  • File management

Cost: $25.00 per hour
