The PA Hybrid Learning Initiative (PA HLI) is a new coalition to build a support infrastructure for hybrid schools.
The PA HLI was formed through a partnership with Dellicker Strategies, Education Elements, Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, and five Intermediate Units: Lancaster-Lebanon IU 13, Berks County IU 14, Capital Area IU 15, Luzerne IU 18, and Montgomery County IU 23.
Hybrid Learning in the Common Core Math Classroom
Target Audience: Math 6, Math 7, Math 8, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry and Algebra 2 Hybrid Teachers
This one-day workshop is designed for 1st or 2nd year Hybrid Math Teachers and focuses on the successful implementation of a PA Common Core aligned curriculum within a Hybrid Learning Classroom. Activities will include development of new or refinement of existing rotational design models, effective data-based grouping, and collaborative activities that serve the Common Core Standards of Mathematical Practice.
